p = 2W+2L
2W = p - 2L
W = (p - 2L) * (1/2)

A = W*L
A = (p - 2L) * (1/2) * L
A = (52 - 2L) * (1/2) * L
A = -L^2 + 26L

Vertex = -b/2a
Vertex = -26/(-2*1)
Vertex = 13

so the solution is a rectangle (square) with dimensions 13x13
