No casino game can be beaten mathematically unless you have an illegal unfair advantage. Every casino game is designed such that the casino always wins in the long term. The house always has the advantage.

You're much better off finding the right blackjack table to count cards at then playing games like roulette or craps.

my idea works as u stated ^^ if u doubled up continually , you would have to win eventually... so yes this idea works, the only thing that doesn't work is that the casino can I guess 'boot' anyone out they choose....

^^ this isn't even cheating , its playing the game till u win in a way.

I'm pretty sure the only casino games that can be beaten are Black Jack with card counting, and your gonna get kicked out doing this if your playing for any kind of meaningful stakes. There are also a few video poker machines that can be beaten if you play thousands of hands correctly. I can't think of any other game in the casino, besides poker obv, that you can beat long term.

Gambling systems like you propose work to an extent but they break down pretty quickly on a semi-long losing streak. You will either run out of money, or you'll hit the max table stakes. Even if in theory you had unlimited funds and the table had no limits there is still the 0 and in many casinos 00. These are a net loss regardless of your betting system. Also, if you go to vegas and use this betting system they won't kick you out, quite the contrary. They'll be happy to have you there and will give you comps if your blowing thousands of dollars because they know your still going to lose.

how well does it work?
if you always double up, when you finally win your win will be equal to your initial bet

you know how old your idea is?
try to find out and then work out why only silly people consider using that system

btw, if you do not have horrendous amounts of money and find a no limits table you can quickly run out of steam

1) if you ever heard of differentials and integrals, you know how even infinitely small numbers can make a difference. so if you had ∞ money on the account AND was able to play without getting kicked out, there would still be a 1/∞ chance to lose everything. this is not zero, it just approaches zero. and it is the thing that makes your math flawed.

2) as feanur said, your gain would be shit at any given point.



basically roulette is already mathematically programmed, where the green areas drop the chance just a little below 50% for the player, making it a win for the house.

yep, except you can't double up continually (for many different reasons), meaning you will eventually take a catastrophic loss. As others have pointed out, this is an ancient idea, that has blown up in many peoples faces over the years. And it will blow up in yours as well.

you cant double down because its not allowed and you dont have unlimited money

so no

edit: roulette has independent results (unlike blackjack), and the expected value of any bet is negative

pretty sure if you were ambitious enough, you could model it with an stochastic process - regardless of which, you dont have infinite money and at some point, im betting to say you wouldnt be willing to bet so much $
