nothing against german (my first language) but wouldn't spanish be more useful in the usa?
what do you want to do with your cs degree?
if you just want to end up as an average programmer it doesn't really matter what other subjects you take
but economics or business might be an advantage going for a job
and if you want to do something more advanced with cs then math is certainly the right complementing subject
plus math is the right subject if you are looking for fun/interesting classes

Well, I chose German because I always wanted to take it xD
I'm sure Spanish would be more useful, but I've been thinking about taking both.
As for math, I guess there may be more CS related math classes that would help. I'm currently in Discreet Math, and it's pretty much just solving math problems with programming. Unfortunately, I'm concurrently taking my first programming class, so it's a little difficult to follow what's going on.
I guess I will see what my adviser suggests, and if I actually need to find some fillers, then I will think about all this information xD
Thanks
