write it down the question and answer. try to use acronyms and other phrases to help remember. for example, "i before e except after c."

writing and rewriting helps me tremendously.

rewrite the question and answer over and over and over for however long you have. Your brain works better using multiple memory actions at once. Writing it would require reading it and then physically writing them, it works for me
