next one is about free throwing. if a person is throwing 2 free throws, she has a 75% of making the first shot. if she does make the first shot then she had a 80% change of making the second shot. however if she misses the first shot she has a 60% chance of making the second shot.

make a tree diagram to show the various results of a player shooting 2 free throws.

what is the probablility of the player making atleast once shot during her attempts.

wtf is a diagram but

hits both 1 and 2: 3/4 * 4/5 = 3/5 = 60%
misses 1, hits 2: 1/4 * 3/5 = 3/20 = 15%
hits 1, misses 2: 3/4 * 1/5 = 3/20 = 15%
misses both 1 and 2: 1/4 * 2/5 = 2/20 = 10%

total 100%

at least once is all except last 10%, so 90%
