Surely you have lower stuff than a MSPP, And only veteran neopians will ever bother otherwise it's just an ice fest, a good idea of one being legit is years worth of that person bumping their topic, it's not something than can sell overnight unless you're well known and have s/s's like us who like to trophy our accomplishments, And a few of us offer lending services so most people don't bother with these.
