What is the current going rate for NPs to FG? I'm planning on getting some FG from trading my RS GP and is wondering if this part of the forum is still active for traders. Thanks!

yeah it is. It is a very slow moving forum but you can always find np's here 1:7000 - 1:10000 are normal ratios.
