Submit a ticket and include anything you may remember. This happened to me before. I used the excuse that I was under 13 and for whatever safety reasons online, I didn't put my real birthday.

If you only put a random year, neofriends can see how old you are, thus the year used.

It may work if you submit a ticket and give them any information you may have like what was in your inventory and stuff. It may take up to 2-3 months before they confirm it, otherwise your account is doomed.
