A dedicated Neopets forum...? There are already quite a few. There is even one on Neopets

There are even a few cheating/trading Neopet forums.. although not solely dedicated to Neopets. I don't think you could have a really active forum for just general Neopets.

It will have everything the other forums will have + looking to expand into more games in the same genre to create bigger community.

the forums i use to frequent are pretty popular and don't have a lot of activity nowadays. also, a lot of your community will be around 14-17. just something to keep in mind i guess
