Logging into an old account and can't remember the birth-date I set because I wasn't old enough at the time.

Any tips?

I'm afraid you can't find it anymore :s had the exact same problem, had to make a new account.

keep the same month/date as your current birthday. check how old your account is, and take that away from 18.

this would then give you your birthday when you were 18 when you made the account, if not that, try various years above.



for example, lets say my birthday is 2nd may 2002 and i made an account. There's some form of "parental protection" where you need parents to contact neopets or some crap to be able to validate your account. So to bypass this i put my age as 18 (it might be 14 or something ridiculous) so i would have my birthday as 2/5/1994. So, just try various years but with your actual birthday date.

I had this problem. I submitted a ticket and received an email with this information in under a months time.
