Any krawk petpet sells for roughly 9m-11m UNLESS someone is desperate and buys on at 13m-15m.

They've actually increased in price quite a bit since they deflated. Their about 15m at the moment.

Have seen a Desert, Faerie & Plain Krawk pet pet go threw auctions 2 days in a row with no Bids at 12m (Another time at 11m with no bids)
So i dont know where you are getting prices from because 15m is quite off the actual price.

I'd offer 1.5k on it to start.
/e can get fg at any time.
