Trading 3k for NP in ETS and/or pure NP. 1:4500 is the ratio, coming to 13.5 million NP.
I'd prefer to do a lump thing, but I'll do trades in 3mill + NP.

Also, I'm looking for people to help me with Ilusen's Quests - people with a huge supply of random expensive items, NP, and connections. For every item you assist with, I'll pay 1:1000 NP.
I'm on level 34 and going strong. [That's good, right?]

Never mind about the quest help. I was just asked for an Island Cybunny Morphing Potion, and that wasn't gonna happen so I'm back to quest one.
