I had this problem.. can't access my 7 year old account with millions of neopets on there.. I mean who's bright idea was making that birthday thing when little kids play and don't know wth they putting .. GL I tried contacting customer service

i think i actually put my real birthday so i didn't have a problem..but you should tell TNT that you put a fake bday and forgot cause your parents said "don't put your real birthday they are going to steal your info blah blah blah"
