my problem:

well the ticket is about my 6-7 year old account that when created was under an @alltel email but in 2009 alltel was switched to windstream so the email is now @windstream so it is impossible to recover my old account and im intrested to see what is on it after such a long time

the account has not been purged because i can type the old email and it says sent account and password

despite anyone knowing how long it'll take them to respond they'll still respond in the same amount of time
