It's not a fake thread, people want to be safe when trading large sums of NP's and will go to a higher ratio to be sure. Everyone in the 1:4500 threads are mostly looking for 1-3mill tops. Its safer to just do it all at once like he is, and is pretty common.

you sound like a multi to me.

and not to mention many people would buy 13m at 1:5000 in a heart beat.
