Besides all the hate here, there's one problem.
By what i gathered you couldnt buy an account so you made a new one correct? now you want to buy our items? You do know a newbie account is heat as hell and can result it nasty bans. It's best for you to gain up on neopets(this isnt a quick fg making process, it takes years.) than do trades with a newbie account. I find accounts 3yr plus work great, Have yet to lose one.
Just helping you out so you dont buy 11k worth of items than you notice your account is frozen.
