went to log on today and noticed i had been iced. Even though i hadnt been on in weeks lol.
i got this message, never seen this one before. does anyone know if you can appeal this one it looks as though you can.

Send an EMAIL to frozen@neopets.com. include your: username, birthday, and tell them you have been away for a few weeks and would like them to please unfreeze your account. if it was that easy a lot of people would have their accounts back

that's the one for people who got cg'd. unless you have everything pinned down, everything is gone. it just takes a few days to get back though
