I didn't realize that they did this. It's unfortunate to hear.

Honestly, I never logged on much but I did keep my cookies active. Neopets always determined me as logged on a day ago for some reason, so it's like I never really left. I did check stocks now and then but it's nice to have that option. I hope your report to restore your account follows through.
