In short it says:
Trading pure NP in large amounts can only be done by trading post and/or auctions, or shop method with 99K items.
All those methods have a large chance of resulting in the freezing of your neo-account. Thus I always convert NP into ETS items and then sell the ETS item vs Fg when I want to sell using a safe method. And vice versa when I'm buying.
I've done this many times without any complications or freezings.

I think it's good that you are wary of scams. The neo-forum is unfortunately sensitive to this. I urge to keep vigilant
