Actually, as I predicted. I have added a screenshot. Now this is an exaggerated one, but even so, the cheapest one was at least 7000s. Simple economics. Downsize! was exposed to players who never had heard of it (people who don't usually frequent the BD but do during wars), and they either (ignorantly) bought more for themselves to use, or others saw the prize on the page and bought one. The same has been true for each BD item given out.

you clearly dont know what "falsely inflated" means. please learn that neopets economics != real world economics.

It's this like the thing that prevents me from doing the wheel of excitement
I thought I just needed to wait a lil bit for the "story" to go away but it's been like more than a month now

Oh yes I do know, and yes, I agree it was incredibly falsely inflated. I think the going price for Downsize! is now ~2500 NP. I have learned that if I just pay attention to what is going on, I can make a killing off of the fluctuations. :)

Although I enjoy the BD part of the plot, I agree with your sentiment.
