Because I can get better ratios than 1:8k? And because I don't necessarily have to sell it all in one go for a ratio like that?

Likewise, people sell at 1:5- 1:6k all the time. Ratio changes here all the time. Used to be 1:1000 a long time ago.

It doesn't matter what it used to be..

Anyway w/e, I was just saying it wasn't a bad offer because he was willing to buy all of it at a reasonable ratio and you thought it was a terrible offer
