you can pick this up for 700k ('normal' rate)... less if ur lucky, but i wouldnt be paying any more. the price fluctuates so much in even just a week (one week i was looking and everyone was asking 500k, the next week it was back up to 700, the some people were stupidly asking 1.4mil)
