It's not about using a med, it's about where the neopoints came from and the methods used to trade. Often people will sell scammed, hacked, or botted neopoints. These neopoints are tracked and if they are sold to your account you could frozen. On top of that a lot of fg to np trading methods aren't very safe as TNT can easily track your trades and freeze you.
