I was frozen (~6 months ago) and got account back.

Was frozen again 1 month ago or so. Won't give it back to me now. Says I participated in cybersex :D

I was banned last year, Said i was using a refresh program.

I was actually sitting at the bookshop restocking my mall.

Goodnight sweet prince. Didn't do anything wrong at all. Got some bitch when i appealed.

This is why it's pointless to try to restock lol, either you get f'd this way or someone uses an auto buyer and gets everything before you can.
