I haven't gotten iced, but my gf who had her account for many years, like 3-5?, got hers iced. I was buying np's for her through this, then i'd send her nps as she needed them, and for some reason her account got iced, but mine didn't and neither did her other account. And i only had given her a few million, not a ton. Just weird she got ice'd but i didn't.
She was in the process of getting it unfrozen, but she gave up cause she didn't care much.
