What do I do now? I submitted a ticket how long do they usually take and are chances of recovering it good? Screw the money I just want my account

Been happening a lot in the boards(saw a 25page thread day before yesterday of people who got hacked.), Make sure your pw contains at least 3 numbers as well as letters with it, Don't know if it would protect you anymore because I have no idea how the hell they do it, But its better than having a insecure pw, Did you have it pinned? I'd hope so, Does email recovery work? Sending a ticket to TNT won't do a thing, They don't protect people who get hacked unless proof of third party keylogger, I'd suggest u scan everything (including your CCleaner if you havn't already) You may of been keylogged, And everything personal on your computer may be at risk, If you have logged on anything since that change the password ASAP after the scans on your computer are done Also check your process list Ctrl+alt+del=processes, Make sure there's nothing fishy. Last but definitley not least Did they transfer everything out? if it was a fair amount worth chances are you will get iced (everyone I checked where iced who posted they got hacked and lost millions in the board, Thought i'd let you know before loading the account again), I suggest you don't play on that account anymore, I'm sorry for your loss how much did you lose by the way?

yea i scanned after and it found a exploit apparently from pdf. how the hell did the antivirus not catch anything? funny thing is i don't go to fishy websites no pron no dl movies etc. but i do go to find primary resources for my research like wtf? and my password was complicated it's basically similar to something like "badflkhoi142iohgeori5235"

and i did have it pinned. from the looks of it, the hacker didn't get my stuff b/c my shop stuff is still there and he/she hasn't been on my account since the day it was hacked.

and it was my main 9 years old stolen on the anniversary date lol what a douche. about 13m pure and 3-5 mil in assets. had a lot of secret avvs that were one time and of course the other plots and perks of being an old account.

lol i've never watched actual porn. i prefer to watch non nude 'porn' strips etc on youtube. close enough. i do attempt to download etexts for my classes as well as primary resources. Because the virus came from a pdf exploit, i installed NoScript and won't trust anything. I will also stop downloading the damn books and just buy em :\ or go to library more often haha
