Same here, my acc was iced for suspicious activity last summer. Got it back, but didn't realize until a few weeks ago that several things in my SDB were gone...~30m worth (maybe more, I don't know what was all stolen).

Too late to request to get them back, yeah...

Things I've learned from this,

- Keep track of valuable things in your box, I just tossed hundreds of random items with my money items together, previously.
- Add a pin to everywhere applicable.

How do you cookie grab someone?

Random sites usually, they have malicious scripts on the webpages.

You go to one and it auto-steals "grabs" your saved cookies, then decodes them to get your passwords.

Best ways to protect yourself are to check your browser settings to block/disallow certain scripts (Google for exact details), install latest updates to your browser, or use a better browser.

Nevertheless, hackers are always finding new ways to circumvent security, so you can never fully block a cg, just protect yourself best you can.

Ouch. It always sucks to lose shit like that. I took a long break after being CG'd about 7 months ago.

changing pw/pins doesnt do anything if u get cged

when you get cged all you have to do is log out and log back in and you're safe


a lot of the accounts that have been broken into lately haven't been cged, some people found an exploit to get peoples account info
