i can do 1-20 depending on if im on account or you depending on if you get on everyday
and if the party is big say 4 or more ppl 1-20 about 5 days
price is 50fg per lvl
and as you can see i dont give first so you wil have to pay up front
cause if you dont get on and you miss a day thats not my problem you didnt get lvl to 20 in 5 days
and i can only do this on alps serverchinesse or europe

you realize you can hit 1-10 in like 30 mins right?
and you must blow.. i can hit 1-20 in 1 day..

edit:
1-20 with a 5 level gap too..
1-20 with a 9 gap.. now that might take some time.
if you don't know what a gap is... don't ask

well you would have to be on acct cause i dont know when u play but that sounds like a good price if you can do it in like 2 days or less

If you give a little more info, IE, what type of character/how you want skill points i'll definitely do this ANYTIME for 50fg per level.

Example.. If you wanted a 9 gap 1-20 you'd get like... 7000+ SP.. but that'd take more than a few days.
If you wanted a 0 gap 1-20 in 1 day NP
A gap is the level difference between character level and mastery, the higher the gap, the more SP you get at a loss to experience.

So post what type of character you want (you can change skills at level 20) and the level gap you want..
But you can't change your stat points, so tell me what you want.
