I'm most likely gonna quit the game I play now, Maplestory, because of horrible lagging to the point where game play is not possible and was wondering what this game was.

Is it free?
Do you download it or just play in window like Runescape?
How many people play?
Would it be easy to play on dial-up?
What is there to do in the game?
And any other general info you could give.


Edit: Yea maple is Gay and I'll make probably 1.5k fg to fund whatever game I play next.

Also can you play this game in the U.S.? Just asking because I see a lot of topic titles about Europe.

ya its free and yes u dl it...there is a new expansion now soo its WICKED!! new characters and a prefect time to start a new character!!!!

i just to play on dial-up doesn't lag that bad but its a bit annoying errr like most games

Well, you probably lag in MS because you have dialup... if you lag in maple, chances are you're going to lag in Silkroad.

You download the client for silkroad at http://www.silkroadonline.net You have to DL the Europe Client.

Thousands of people play per server.

Silkroad is basically a grindfest/pvp game. It's a lot of fun IMO.

"Europe" is the new update. It's just new characters added and new areas.
