Can i un-install the current Silkroad Online Version that is out and replace it with just the Europe download?

I am running low on disk space and I was wondering if I can still access the whole game with just the Europe client..

I un-installed Silkroad from my computer, and i just downloaded the new client from the site...

But whenever I try to install it, i get a message saying " we have encountered a problem and must close.."

Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
