The way on SRO to get tokens is just kill a bunch of monsters. They are quite easy to get and you can get close to 500-1k a day. They are tiered in 3 different tiers depending on if you are in jang/const, dw/sam, Hotan. Best to buy a sun wep of highest tier to start out with.

Nope I have been fighting mobs 5 levels above me and get them. They are basically the gold drop in SRO-R.
