So I just recently started to play SRO-R and the major differences that I have seen are as follows.
- No gold/sale price on anything below level 70.
- Token system is quite nice. Makes it easy to level a character and easy to get sun equipment up to level 70.
- The Recovery grains rarely drop but they introduced a new type.
- Free stacks of 500 mp/hp pots, 5,000 stack of arrows, 100 stacks of abnormal and Purification pills.
- Stack sizes on a lot of items have changed to much higher.
- There is elixirs for d1-d7 then one new one for every degree above that.
- Yellow bar system: 8 hours of 100% ((Normal rate)) exp and drops, 4 hours of 50% exp and drops, 12 hours of 0% exp and drops.
Can't think of much more at the moment though.
Also the bar and the item mall exp tickets start when you log in not when you are 20 sec in combat. So it gets quite annoying. Don't sit around too long or you are missing out on exp sadly.
