Basically i ruined ma bowa quite a bit and ma mate said you can do this quest to remove the skills on a mastery or something what quest is it again.

If someone can help please.

i think its level 10. all you have to do is kill the normal monsters that you usually kill

you can get the quest anytime after lvl 20.
and as far as if its hard any mob you can get a drop from can drop the hearts you need.
