Iso Ecsro Help - Topic

ive downloaded it and installed it but when i dl'd the media.pk2 and particles.pk2 files and tried to extract them into my ecsro folder it said it already exists. I clicked to overwrite them all and everything but it said that it cannot be done, that i dont have access and that there is nothing to extract. what should i do? do i need to delete the original sro completely or something? I still have it installed but would like to try ecsro, some help plz .
