1. yes the game is alot different now. - you can read about the features at the official site: http://www.silkroadonline.net
2. you can buy gold for fg here, but you're not allowed to trade accounts.
3. a levelservice on your account should be allowed, but I wouldn't recomment to do it. (if you sro account is known to other persons it's possible to get hacked alot easier)
