Not sure why you would want someone to give you a lvl 20 account. You can easily do lvl 1-20 in a day plus if you're having trouble getting to lvl 20, you're going to have a much more difficult time leveling to lvl 30, 40, etc.

lol. its not easy getting 1-20. lol at least not for me.

Well I know on the first time going from 1-20 takes a long time (took me a week on my first character) but your best off doing it yourself and once you start grinding at the higher levels you will wish the lvling was as easy as it was in the first 20 levels. If you need a few leveling tips I'll be glad to give some.

Get power lvled.. Or else grind in a 4 player pt and use your gold ticket/silver ticket that you got. Lvl 20 is very easy. Should only take 1-4 days.
