To answer the question on older servers I have heard that wind 2 sells for around 2k and is easy to gain at low levels.

earth 6 wind 4 wind 2.. ppl allways need these elements
wind 4 is easy to get a lot of at Punisher and the other kentaur mob in eu (lvl 29-30)
one of their material gives 6 unit wind4 and another gives 1 unit, but they almost allways drop the material wich gives 6 unit wind4
we did it, when we tried ksro and get gold in 2-3 days to buy gold ticket and bunny with clock (gt = 20 mill, pet(dead) = 2 mill, clock 8 mill)
but i dont know, will ppl buy elements in new servers
