Ya, theres alot of people that play the free game, and the only income they get is from the item mall, now alot do spend money on the item mall, but it seems they dont put much back into the game from which they've made. So the servers they use are poor quality and you will get the cannot connect due to server traffic quite often. Some servers have time frames at which they are lower in population that others. But then in the same some are always full. My best advice would be just as the other member suggested, wait til the game totally loads, and pops up the login screen, then try, it no luck wait around 30-60 seconds and try again, normally after 2-5 tries you will succeed pending on the server population and how old/new the server is. Other than that, goodluck on the game. On regards to build. Id say best build for newer char would be Fire/Glavie/Pure STR. But if you are confident that you can do well, make a Hybrid Bow/Glavie Int/STR build. They are godly if made right. =)
