Press A to see the quest. Click on the quest Name and Voilaaaaaa, Npc related to quest will appears on the map, so will be able to find it easyly .

Grinding aka Farming = is when you kill kill kill kill monster without interuptions, kill as many monster as you can, the longer time your able too. Try to rarely have to go back in town, because it make you lose lot of time, so lot of exp.
