I stored some of my items in the stash in act 1, and after a few quest i came back to take some gems out, but as i clicked the item, it wont get picked up, instead nothing happened. Any help ?

have you tried turning it off and then turning it back on?

i tried multiple times, even waited for an hour, still doesn't work :( if i put a new item in there and take it back a few seconds after, it works but the ones i put in earlier can't be taken out :(
