Look at the minimum and maximum damage of a Faith of Ice Grand Matron Bow.
This does more minimum and maximum damage.
On top of that, this bow has a -10 IAS base weapon speed with 35 IAS on the bow so it can hit 7 frames even without the Level 15 Fanaticism Aura.
While the Grand Matron Bow has a 10 IAS base weapon speed.
So you would need 95% IAS to hit 7 frames which limits your gear possibilities (120/45, 20 IAS gloves, Cat's Eye, Nos Coil).
My bow does more minimum and maximum damage as the Faith of Ice Grand Matron Bow.
Also has the chance of Amplify Damage which lowers the targets resistance to physical damage by 100%.
