My friend is making a custom pvp server from scratch (not based on that pvpgn shit), the goal is to get a server location that is favourable to east and west players (and other parts of the world). It would probably be up for the indefinite interim when its completed. Someone of you know about d2ex or that BNS web thing - his work.
