It should be noted these particular duels were on completely fair, bm vs bm terms. This opponent also had barb bo in all duels, as well as used merc/wells/shrines/towns/game exits vs Mr. Warp.
It did not save him in any way, as bullies who do not repent their bullying ways cannot be saved.
