After reading all posts of my first thread (500+) , I was surprised that many people cared about it. I decided to take some of you guys comments into consideration and make a new list with appropriate changes.
Here is the updated 1.12 gm players tier list:

Brain1337 moved down to tier 3 - I felt he was too high so I moved him down a bit.
elegy moved down to tier 3 - Had him too high
D_dub1 moved up in tier 3
Proph21 moved up to tier 2 - I don't know why i put him tier 3 in previous list
SmokeIsDaMan moved up to tier 2
*Bruteforce moved down in tier 3 - I felt he was a bit too high in tier 3
Narsha moved up in tier 3 - Definitely a strong tier 3
Bib moved down in tier 3
hatuey moved down to tier 4 - Good tier 4, he doesn't play many chars tho.
Hockeyp101 moved up to the end of tier 3
oBg moved up to the top of tier 4
Napster1337 removed from the list
Potenza009 removed from the list
spfraiders1 moved down in tier 4 - had him too high
Kei removed from the list
aminea moved up in tier 4 - This guy seems to be obsessed by his dueling status, i'd have to admit I had him too low but tier 4 is his true home
Vorrentk moved down in tier 2
MiIitant removed from the list
kiko- moved down to tier 2 - Tier 2 suites him better
sXTitan moved up to tier 1
drt12345 moved down in tier 4
