If you just made duels you have to wait 15 minutes untill you make your next callout so the guys under got a chance to make callouts

each duel got 3 days dodge limit very nice

let us Call out 3 or 4 guys above us till position 20 or atleast 25

i guess that could be a rule, positions below #20 or so can do 3-4, after that 1-2
