I think with shitter usin a 1.13c patch it gives him the benefit of bnet having done all the bug fixing
I ain't played his realm but I also haven't really seen peole lodge complaints pertaining to said wolf stacking

d2d had it pretty close, but you can't perfect it due to nobody has the true server side patch that blizzard uses >.>
