The more I look at it, it doesn't seem like the one I was after.
The one I remember had the World Industries Fire/Water guys for the Health/Mana orbs, respectively, but only used their heads not arms/legs, so they actually fit the original health/mana circles pretty well.
Also, the ground was black like in the original screenshot I posted, and the UI at the bottom was also darker.
Potions also had a different, better looking skin.
Will pay 100 FG if someone posts what I'm thinking of because it brings back a lot of nostalgia and haven't seen it in years.
go on google and type "site: d2jsp.org world industries orbs" or some shit like that and start from there im sure you will find some old screenshots or type something similar...
