fade precast could be allowed as well as es, and venom as well =)

I think either all or none should be allowed

and putting an end on the tour would be better IMO

banning fb sorcs precast at least can happen if we ban precast from all tours and ladders and then ban hots too for most chars, in the end ~same damage but time saved, then people might start using non precast for duels outside tours/ladders too
