There was a thread on PVP West where ANdy admitted to making it and posted some AIM convos. He didn't make it for himself, he was paid to make it for other people. So that's probably why the config is different than his other hacks. Or he could've just changed his style up too, I can't really say for sure since I don't have his current hacks.
