how do you kill a hammer that just teles from corner to corner to medi but is good offensively too and can jump me well if i take risks when trying to chase him?

cant hit him with spear unless he teles in old spears, cant really jump hammers in eu from my experience, dies too easy. can hit a bit with teeth but he can tank lots of teeths with medi. can try to predict where he teles with spirits but if he has oak alive then its hard to hit even if he teles in spirit for 1 sec

you get like 700+ life each min with medi, so you can just back off to medi asap after you get hit, sure most palas wont do this but its still possible, im sure its possible to kill meding hdins but they can kill you way easier too than if without and its just not really enjoyable duel at all lol. and none of the other classes can heal insane amounts in short time, why should hammer be able to heal and kill opponent in 2 or 3 hits?
